Landhaus Rosengartl, featuring three apartments accommodating two to four guests, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hochwurzen summit lift’s valley station. It serves as the ideal starting point for your holiday. In winter, our country house is situated right next to the ski slope, offering perfect access to the “4-Mountain Ski Swing” (4-Berge-Skischaukel). In summer, the bus stop is just 100 meters away, providing convenient bus connections to all local excursion destinations.
For cycling enthusiasts, we provide a bike garage with charging facilities and offer two high-quality e-bikes for rent.

Our three apartments lovingly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, bath / WC, and two separate bedrooms.

The location (1100m) of our apartments offers snow security and direct entry into the vastness of the 4-mountain ski area. From apartment to the slopes and back.
Summer
While on holiday in our house, you will receive the Schladming-Dachstein Card. With the card, you can enjoy many of the leisure facilities in our region free of charge.
Bike Garage and E-Bike Rental
You can safely store your bicycle in our lockable, video-monitored bike garage. Additionally, you can rent two high-quality e-bikes directly from us for your cycling tours (for a fee).
