Additional information
Length of stay:
In the summer season a daily arrival and departure is possible – minimum stay 3 nights.
In the winter season, arrival and departure is only possible on Saturday – minimum stay 7 nights.
Check-In / Out:
The reserved apartment is available on your arrival day from 14:00, on the day of departure until 9:30. If you will arrive after 18:00 we ask you to contact us by phone.
Confirmation of reservation:
Your stay will be reserved when we have received the deposit of € 400, – per apartment. The final payment can still be made either before arrival or on departure by cash.

Cancellation policy:
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply:
All bookings can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
up to 1 month before arrival 40%
up to 1 week before arrival 70%
and from 6 days before arrival or in the event of no-show, 90% of the total stay will be charged.
So that you are always on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Others:
Pets are not allowed in winter; in summer on request.
Our house is a “non smoking house”.
